So, every year, Disney updates (aka increases) their prices in February. So, this year's increase doesn't come as a surprise to Disney fans. Here's the comprehensive list I found:

Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios:
  • Value Tier: Increase from $99 to $102
  • Regular Tier: Increase from $107 to $114
  • Peak Tier: Increase from $119 to $122
Magic Kingdom
  • Value Tier: Increase from $107 to $109
  • Regular Tier: Increase from $115 to $119
  • Peak Tier: Increase from $124 to $129

Isn't it just beautiful? I'm obsessed with snow. It's so peaceful, so pure, so calm. And just for a moment there, when I look out my window and see this picturesque landscape of a backyard, all is well with the world. Ok, so maybe most people see snow as a hassle to daily commute or if you're a student, snow days means no school. But growing up in the tropics, I'd always dreamt of living in a place with lots and lots of snowfall. Bailey & Rye Let me introduce my 2 4-legged boys! Bailey is my white English lab and Rye is my German Shepherd mix. If you never met them, but only hear their barks, you'd think they are as vicious as their barks. Granted, Rye does really bites intruders/ unwelcomed guests but that's another story. 5 years ago, my then boyfriend decided to get me a dog. I found Bailey through an Alabama breeder and as soon as I saw Bailey's picture with his siblings, I knew that was MY Bailey. But I was the second in line to pick my pup from the litter, I was a mess..constantly checking my emails and praying the other folks did not choose "MY" dog. After 48 hours,  they finally picked a different pup and well, I got the most rambunctious, silly, lovable pup of them all. Till today, at 5, he has not outgrown his silliness or hyper activeness. First off, I'm having some serious Disney withdrawal symptoms..I miss Disney already!!!!! 2 weeks ago, we were at our happy place. We booked our most recent trip on my last birthday, thinking we were going to take a break from our NE winter weather and maybe break out those summer dress/ shorts/ skirts, enjoy the warmth of the sun and not worry about layerings, boots, bulky coats. Gladly, we booked our stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge with Savannah view in hopes that we were going to wake up to giraffes at our balcony, zebras grazing, different exotic animals right in our backyards.
